Work with other members of the logistics to insure smooth and speedy delivery of Oxfam procurement for the emergency response.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING LINES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Post holder reports to: Procurement Officer<\/p>\n<p>Staff reporting to this post: none<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget responsibility: none<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIMENSIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Work with in a team to insure the smooth flow of the supply chain process related to the Oxfam mosil emergency response.<\/p>\n<h2 id='key-responsibilities'  id=\"boomdevs_1\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the procurement officer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Follow with suppliers on Quotations, purchase orders, prices, identifying goods and services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Inquiries product specifications from various suppliers to inform procurement officer which would provide the best deal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintaining purchasing files and price lists.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track deliveries and make sure Oxfam receive exactly what was ordered from suppliers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Physically check deliveries to ensure the appropriate items were delivered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support procurement officer to answer supplier and staff inquiries about order changes or cancellations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support with some market survey from time to time to enrich the supplier data base<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assets &#038; Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maintain the Equipment Inventory Spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide general administrative support for field operations, including maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics-related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the logistics team on the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Others<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Might be required some travel when there is a need, to support with logistical activities in some project locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some experience in Logistics and procurement would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Communication in English, Arabic and Kurdish (include Reading and Writing).<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, motivated and pro-active problem.<\/li>\n<li>Good computers skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>This job profile is not incorporated into the employment contract.
